Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a delivery date?
Not yet — fulfillment is currently manual. We send the redemption code within 1 business day of purchase. If you need a specific delivery date, email support@surrealism.ai and we'll do our best to time it.
Does the recipient need an account?
Yes. The redemption code is applied at account creation or sign-in on surrealism.ai. The process takes about 60 seconds.
Can gifts be refunded?
Unredeemed gift codes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been redeemed, the subscription follows standard cancellation policy — no prorated refunds.
Does it auto-renew?
No. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. The recipient will be notified before their access expires and can choose to subscribe independently.
What if they already have a subscription?
Email us at support@surrealism.ai before purchasing and we'll sort out the best path — either extending their current plan or upgrading them to a higher tier.
