Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Digital Subscription Refunds

Since Surrealism.ai provides digital streaming subscriptions, all refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us to request a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email customer service at support@surrealism.ai. Please include your account email address and reason for the refund request.

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

• Requests made more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date.
• Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless within the 14-day refund window.
