Do I need an app?
No. Everything runs in a browser — desktop or mobile. There is no app to install on any device. Open the site, log in, press play.
What devices work?
Any device with a browser or HDMI input. Browser streaming works on laptops, phones, tablets, and smart TVs. HDMI works with any screen that has an HDMI port. If you can open a webpage or plug in a cable, it works.
Can I use it offline?
No — all content is streaming only. You need an internet connection to watch. Downloads are coming to Pro and Platinum plans. For critical gigs without reliable WiFi, use a dedicated 5G hotspot.
